MnDOT's NEVI Round 3a solicitation offers up to $41.18 million in federal funds for up to 40 fast-charging awards across 74 mapped clusters. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. Central on Nov. 2, 2026, and MnDOT's Q&A says sites outside the clusters will not be considered this round.
